INTENTION
Our intention is to experience the realms of Great Spirit, to deeply honor our 20-year journey, to foster stronger and broader connections between and among us and to co-create a sacred space in which we listen and reflect with ourself and others.
 
STRUCTURE of the Gathering.
On Earth Ceremony June 27-30, plus monthly Preparing Gatherings on Zoom beginning in April.

On Earth Ceremony
On Thursday, June 27th at 2:00 pm, we will gather at Westerbeke Ranch and begin our Ceremony at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will complete by 3:00 PM on Sunday June 30th.

Preparing Gatherings:
The circle will gather on Zoom on three Saturdays, April 6th, May 11th, and June 1st.  Each of these monthly gatherings will have an Archetypal theme to prepare and guide us into our ceremony.
 
When you commit to participating in the 2024 Summer Solstice Ceremony, we ask that you make space in your life to be present at all of the gatherings for the entire journey.

We will gather the circle during the months of February and March. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

REGISTRATION AND EXCHANGE
The all-inclusive fee for the Summer Solstice Gathering includes meals, double room lodging, and materials. Note: Single rooms are not available at Westerbeke.

b) supports our ability to assist those who want to come and need some financial help.

To insure your space register for the entire amount, or pay your $500 deposit as soon as possible. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to 35 people. You can pay through PayPal, OR send a check to Center for Timeless Earth Wisdom, 1133 A Laurel Street, Santa Cruz, CA. 95060.

Registration closes and final payment is due on April 1st, 2024. It is our long-held principle that no one who is deeply called to participate in a ceremony is turned away solely for financial reasons. Please reach out to us if your circumstances require a special conversation.
 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before April 1st, will receive a full refund (minus a $100 service fee.) Cancellations made between April 1st and May 15th, will receive a full refund (minus a $100 service fee) IF someone else takes your place at the Gathering. There are no refunds after May 15th, 2024.
